Latest results for the March 2009 Med. Tech. board exams given by the Philippine Regulation Commission first week of this Month. Out of the 866 examinees who took the board exam only 43% or 371 of them passed the said exam.
The top two spots were both taken of the students from the University of Perpetual Help System-Laguna, in the persons of Rowena Pagdanganan Figueroa with 88 percent and Gerard Andrew Lamagui Ramos at 86.4 percent. From University of Sto. Tomas, Mayen Timtim Grajeda took the third place at 86 percent, while the student of Philippine Central University in Iloilo City an Ilonggo came in fourth Al Jeson Balnig Chin with 85.4 percent. Nelson Joseph Villanueva Quincena 84.8 and Juvelon Gutierez Mendoza both a tamaraws of Far Eastern University. Helen Kristin Lim Borado at seventh 84.1 percent from the Centro Escolar University-Manila, Liezel Tanyag Malabanan 83.6 of UST, Riza Ala Felias of Cebu Doctors University and Elane Ireen Romblon Wiscom of UST were tied at ninth spot and tenth spot goes to John Ray Banal Young of FEU- Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation.
